I found myself truly enjoying my stay at Dimore Delle Zagare Ortigia. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a private terrace that made for a perfect spot to unwind with a drink. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable during hot days. Valet parking proved essential, particularly given the narrow streets of Ortigia. Staff were attentive. Lia at the front desk provided excellent local recommendations which enhanced my experience immensely. However, the air conditioning emitted a bit of a musty odor that I dealt with instead of reporting. Additionally, the parking cost felt steep at 25 euros per day, requiring advance notice for pickup. Overall, the location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to numerous bars and restaurants. I would definitely consider returning despite these few hiccups.

The location is central to explore Ortigia. First of all, the staff were super friendly! They even helped with parking before we arrived. Having breakfast on our balcony was a highlight! Fresh pastries every morning, you can’t beat that.
